1. Acceptance

By using Sentia (product site, web app, or APIs) you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use Sentia

  • Clinicians and staff must be authorised by their organisation.
  • Patients use Companion only for their own record (or as law allows for caregivers).
  • Demo accounts are for evaluation — avoid real PHI on shared demos unless permitted.

3. Clinical responsibility

Sentia assists documentation, coordination, and safety checks. AI suggestions are advisory. Licensed professionals remain responsible for diagnosis, prescriptions, and care decisions.

4. Accounts & security

Keep credentials confidential. Meet minimum password strength. Notify your admin of suspected compromise.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer for harm, scrape PHI, bypass consent, or disable audit mechanisms.

6. Intellectual property

Software, branding, and documentation remain their owners’ property. You receive a limited right to use the deployed instance for authorised care and operations.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Offline features may be limited in demo builds.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sentia and deployers are not liable for clinical outcomes from misuse or unreviewed AI advice.

9. Product link

The Sentia OS web application is a separate runtime from this site. Opening the app subjects you to in-app authentication and role policies.
